A pharmacy is seeking a Relief Pharmacist to provide temporary coverage and support weekday operations in New Paltz, NY. This role will assist during pharmacist recruitment periods and planned leaves, ensuring seamless pharmacy workflow and patient care. The assignment is temporary, estimated from July 15 to August 21, with 20–40 hours available weekly during standard weekday hours without weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver pharmacist coverage to maintain daily pharmacy functions
• Verify prescription accuracy and patient safety
• Support efficient pharmacy workflow and patient service
• Assist with specialty pharmacy processes as required
• Adhere to pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

• Active New York Pharmacist license in good standing
• Specialty pharmacy experience is preferred
• Solid pharmacy knowledge with strong attention to detail
• Quick learner who adapts well to new systems and workflows
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable operating in a low-volume environment
