An opportunity is available for an Overnight Pharmacist at a closed-door long-term care facility in Foxborough, Massachusetts. This role offers a unique 7 on, 7 off schedule, providing a balanced work-life rhythm while managing overnight pharmacy operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and final medication reviews using the Frameworks software system (training provided)
• Ensure accuracy and safety in dispensing medications
• Supervise and collaborate with pharmacy technicians
• Manage a daily prescription volume of approximately 600

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license
• Previous pharmacy experience, with an ability to work efficiently under high volume
• Adaptability to new systems and processes; openness to training on Frameworks
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply

Schedule:

• Overnight shift: 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Seven consecutive days on, followed by seven days off
