- Accurately fill and verify prescriptions
- Provide oversight and guidance to pharmacy technicians
- Counsel patients on prescription and over-the-counter medications
- Utilize Cerner systems for pharmacy operations
- Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Valid California pharmacist license
- Experience in retail pharmacy settings preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively counsel patients
- Proficient with pharmacy IT systems, ideally Cerner
- Reasonable compensation expectations
