Pharmacist - Reisterstown, Maryland

A Home Infusion Clinical Pharmacist opportunity is available for a 60-day assignment in Reisterstown, MD. This role focuses on delivering expert pharmaceutical care within a home infusion environment and requires a signed agreement prior to starting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform IV compounding and prepare Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) solutions accurately and safely.
• Manage pharmacy technicians to ensure compliance with protocols and quality standards.
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile compounding procedures.

Qualifications:

• Recent experience in home infusion pharmacy practice.
• Proven expertise in sterile compounding techniques.
• Active and clear Maryland pharmacy license.

Schedule:

• Wednesday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
