A clinical pharmacist position is available in the Reno, NV area for a pharmacist with experience providing patient-focused clinical services. This role involves supporting multiple outpatient locations and working with patients across a variety of chronic and medication-management needs.
Location: Reno, NV area
Schedule: 40 hours/week; 8-hour variable shifts
Contract: 26 weeks, with temp-to-perm potential
License: Active Nevada pharmacist license required; PGY1 residency preferred
Schedule Details:
Weekday pharmacy hours: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
Weekend hours at select locations: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Requirements:
- Experience with patient counseling
- Formulary conversion
- New member onboarding
- Medication reconciliation review
- Medication therapy management (MTM)
- Experience working with Diabetes, COPD, and Asthma patients
