A specialty/oncology infusion pharmacy requires a licensed Pharmacist to support critical distribution functions with an immediate start. This 16-week contract position is based in Bellevue, WA, and offers Monday through Friday day shifts. The role may occasionally require floating to nearby Seattle.

Key responsibilities include order verification using Epic, performing final product verification checks, providing clinical consultation and drug information, and overseeing pharmacy technician functions. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and safety of oncology infusions.

Ideal candidates possess:

• Current Washington State Pharmacist license
• Experience in infusion and oncology pharmacy settings
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records and Pyxis automated medication systems
• Strong knowledge of USP 797 and USP 800 standards related to sterile compounding and hazardous drug handling
