Pharmacist - Rice Lake, Wisconsin

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to support inpatient pharmacy operations in Northern Wisconsin on a contract basis. This role requires a dedicated professional prepared to work a 7-on, 7-off schedule with 10-hour day shifts, beginning mid-June for a minimum duration of 13 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct order verification to ensure accuracy and compliance with protocols
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow
• Provide clinical consultations to physicians and nursing staff
• Perform pharmacokinetic assessments to optimize patient medication therapy
• Utilize Cerner electronic medical record system effectively

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
• Willingness to obtain a Wisconsin temporary pharmacist license is mandatory
