A night shift pharmacist position is available in a 200-bed community hospital setting in Indiana. This contract assignment offers an immediate start and is scheduled for 6 months, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. The position requires night shifts on a 7-on, 7-off schedule, working from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth operations
• Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
• Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff on medication management
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records for documentation and communication

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Indiana pharmacist license required
• Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Ability and willingness to work night shifts consistently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with EPIC or similar healthcare IT systems is advantageous
