Per Diem Pharmacist in Rochester, MN

A retail pharmacy is seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide essential support on a part-time, ongoing basis. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to work approximately two days per week in a low-volume environment, focusing on core pharmacy responsibilities.

Location:

• Rochester, MN

Schedule/Hours:

• Part-time, 2 days a week (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
• Days are flexible, based on pharmacist in charge’s availability

Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and verify prescriptions
• Provide patient counseling to ensure safe medication use
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and protocols
• Support daily pharmacy operations in a newly established, low-volume setting (approximately 5 prescriptions per day)

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Minnesota pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year recent retail pharmacy experience
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a low-volume environment
