A specialty pharmacy in Pocahontas, IA is seeking a Pharmacist for a contract position lasting 13+ weeks. This role focuses on long-term care pharmacy duties and offers a schedule primarily Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with some weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Perform long-term care pharmacy services, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage medication dispensing and consult with healthcare providers.
• Maintain patient records and assist with immunization protocols where applicable.
• Support inventory management and regulatory documentation.

Qualifications:

• Active Iowa Pharmacist License or Iowa Temporary License.
• Immunization certification preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
