A long-term care pharmacy located in Rocky Hill, CT, is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to support their team on a contract basis for a 4-week assignment. This position requires a motivated professional with the ability to manage a high volume of prescriptions and maintain accuracy in all tasks.

Location: Rocky Hill, Connecticut
Type: Contract (4 weeks)
Shift: Flexible within 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform PV2 duties, including checking and verifying prescriptions with precision
  • Opportunity to train and develop skills for PV1 responsibilities based on aptitude
  • Navigate and utilize the Frameworks system efficiently
  • Manage workflow to ensure timely processing of medication orders

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active CT Pharmacist license (mandatory before starting)
  • Previous experience in long-term care (LTC) is preferred, but retail pharmacists with the capacity to handle high volumes are encouraged to apply
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently within set shift hours
