A Specialty Pharmacy in Cold Spring, MN, is seeking a Pharmacist to join their team on an ongoing contract basis. This role focuses on Long Term Care and Retail pharmacy responsibilities, offering a weekend schedule in a dynamic pharmacy setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage dispensing and verification of medications for long-term care and retail patients
• Provide exceptional patient counseling and support
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety policies
• Conduct immunizations as needed and maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• PharmD degree or MTM certification preferred
• Immunization certification required
• CPR certification required
• Strong knowledge of long-term care and retail pharmacy operations
• Excellent communication and patient service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Schedule:

• Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
