Pharmacist - Saint Johns, FL

A Pharmacist opportunity is available at a small rehabilitation hospital in the Jacksonville, FL area. This contract role is perfect for local candidates but those willing to travel are also encouraged to apply. The assignment starts as soon as possible and runs for approximately 13 weeks.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Day shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Order verification to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Supervising pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow
• Consulting with nurses and physicians to provide expert pharmaceutical guidance
• Supporting daily pharmacy operations within the rehab hospital setting

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active pharmacist license in Florida is required
• Previous hospital or rehab facility experience is highly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team
