A Long Term Care Pharmacist opportunity is available, providing overnight coverage from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 7-on/7-off schedule, Tuesday through Monday. This role is essential in ensuring smooth pharmacy operations and patient safety during overnight hours.

Location: Saint Paul, MN
Schedule:

  • Overnight shift, 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • 7 days on, 7 days off (Tuesday through Monday)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise pharmacy staff during the overnight shift to maintain efficient workflows
  • Perform PV2 final verifications to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Support long-term care medication management and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to address overnight pharmacy needs

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Active Minnesota pharmacist license
  • Minimum of 1 year recent pharmacy experience, preferably in long-term care settings
  • Familiarity with Framework pharmacy system is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently during overnight hours
