A Specialty Pharmacy opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to support long-term care operations in Waseca, MN. This contract position involves working approximately 20-30 hours per week at a well-established pharmacy setting dedicated to specialized pharmaceutical care.

Location: Waseca, MN
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Some weekend shifts required
  Duration: 13+ weeks
  Hours: 20-30 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Manage pharmaceutical care for long-term care patients, ensuring accurate medication dispensing and patient safety
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy
• Conduct medication reviews and provide counseling as needed
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and pharmacy protocols

Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with active credentials
• Prior experience in long-term care pharmacy settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of specialty pharmacy operations and regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
