This role centers on providing expert pharmaceutical care in an outpatient infusion setting, collaborating closely with an oncologist to ensure patients receive optimal medication therapy regimens tailored to their needs.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, day shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense and verify chemotherapy and infusion medications accurately.
• Collaborate with oncologists and healthcare teams to develop effective medication therapy plans.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust therapies in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements within the infusion pharmacy.
• Provide patient counseling and education regarding medication therapies.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with active licensure.
• Proven experience in outpatient infusion pharmacy, especially chemotherapy.
• Strong knowledge of oncology medications and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and patient interaction.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to patient safety and quality care.
