Interim Ops Manager Wanted – Come Join the Team!
Location: Northern California
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM
Start: ASAP
Contract: 3–6-month assignment

What you’ll do:
• Works under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy
• Ensures smooth operation of pharmaceutical care delivery, including clinical, financial, administrative and information systems operations in Pharmacy
• Plans, organizes, coordinates and control workflow. Hire and trains appropriate staff. Communicates internally with Pharmacy Management team and acts as liaison with physicians and hospital personnel.
• Consistently maintains with pharmacy state and federal regulations.
• Utilizes hospital and community resources to meet operational needs.
• Performs duties of DOP in their absence.
What we’re looking for:
• Active CA Pharmacist License
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good attitude + strong work ethic
