Pharmacist - Salt Lake City, Utah

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced pharmacist to join a growing non-sterile compounding mail order pharmacy located in Salt Lake City, UT. This role offers direct hire employment within a dedicated team currently processing approximately 1,000 prescriptions daily. The pharmacy operates Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM with a staff of 4 pharmacists and 3 technicians, and it is ready for the next phase of growth.

Key responsibilities will include overseeing compounded medications, primarily peptides and GLP-1 therapies, within a 503A licensed environment. A strong focus on organization and leadership is essential, as the position requires fostering a positive culture and driving continuous improvement to scale operations effectively.

Later this year, a brand-new 7,000 sq. ft. facility is set to open, introducing sterile compounding capabilities with potential volume growth up to 10,000 prescriptions per day. This is a unique chance to be part of the foundational team shaping the future of the site, which is expected to grow to 10 pharmacists and over 15 technicians.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with experience in non-sterile compounding
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to cultivate a positive and growth-oriented culture
• Detail-oriented and highly organized to support scaling operations
• Experience handling specialty medications such as peptides and GLP-1 preferred
• Familiarity with Pioneer Rx system a plus
• Willingness to train and collaborate onsite in Salt Lake City for 4-6 weeks; potential for remote PIC responsibilities with monthly onsite visits
• Open to relocation, which will be supported

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
