Sterile Compounding Pharmacist

We’re looking for a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to join a home infusion team for a 13-week contract opportunity, located in North Central San Antonio, TX!

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday  12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• 13-week contract

What you’ll do:

• Evaluate patients for home infusion therapy
• Develop and adjust medication therapy plans
• Prepare, verify, and dispense sterile medications
• Follow USP standards and pharmacy regulations
• Educate patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
• Monitor patient outcomes and support continuity of care
• Provide drug information and maintain accurate documentation
• Support medication safety and quality standards

What we’re looking for:

• PharmD or graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
• Active, unrestricted Texas Pharmacist License
• At least 1 year of sterile IV compounding experience, OR qualifying pharmacy experience, residency, or APPE
• Knowledge of home infusion pharmacy practices
• Comfortable interpreting lab values and applying pharmacokinetic principles
• Strong communication, counseling, and customer service skills
