Are you an experienced pharmacist looking to grow in a specialized infusion setting? We’re partnering with a respected pharmacy team to hire a full-time Infusion Pharmacist in a direct hire role. This position offers a strong mix of clinical care, compounding, and cross-functional collaboration in a patient-focused environment.

The ideal candidate brings either infusion or specialty pharmacy experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-touch care setting. Responsibilities

  • Perform sterile compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring of infusion therapies
  • Collaborate with nursing, intake, reimbursement, and operational teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff, ensuring compliance with all regulations
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including controlled substance records
  • Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and accreditation standards
  • Support quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
  • Assist in training and onboarding of pharmacy staff and interns
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide continuous pharmacy support
  • Support insurance authorization processes and audit readiness
  • Follow USP <797> and USP <800> standards and Board of Pharmacy regulations

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • On-call: Every 3rd weekend

Qualifications

  • Prior infusion pharmacy experience strongly preferred
  • Will consider candidates with specialty pharmacy experience
  • Strong knowledge of sterile compounding and regulatory compliance (USP <797> / <800>)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based, patient-centered environment

Compensation

  • $70 – $80/hour (based on experience)
