Pharmacist - San Jose, California

A hospital-based pharmacist opportunity is available for a 13-week contract position in San Jose, CA. The role requires full-time availability to work five 8-hour shifts per week with variable days and afternoon hours, including some weekends. The position offers an ASAP start.

Responsibilities:

• Verify inpatient medication orders to ensure accuracy and safety
