Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Recent retail pharmacy experience to maintain a high level of proficiency
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and mentor pharmacy technicians
• Open-mindedness and patience in working with vulnerable and diverse patients, ensuring respectful and supportive care
• Proficiency or willingness to learn the New Leaf pharmacy management system
• Valid pharmacist license in good standing
