Location: San Mateo, CA (close to San Francisco)
Job Type: Contract, 13 weeks+
Schedule:

• Variable days/afternoons
• Mostly 8-hour shifts
• ASAP start

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain smooth operations
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Utilize hospital systems such as EPIC and Pyxis for medication management

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• California Pharmacist License (required)
• Newer graduates encouraged to apply; supportive environment for learning and growth
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume hospital setting
• Familiarity with EPIC and Pyxis systems is a plus
