Pharmacist - Sanford, FL

A specialty compounding pharmacy focused on Weight Loss and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy is seeking a part-time pharmacist to support its growing operations. This contract-to-hire role offers an ongoing assignment with an immediate start, providing an excellent opportunity for pharmacists looking to advance their experience in a specialized field.

Schedule:

• 1–2 days per week
• 8-hour shifts
• Pharmacy hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Location: DeBary, FL

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify sterile and non-sterile compounded prescriptions with high accuracy
• Maintain strong attention to detail ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Collaborate effectively with pharmacy team members and communicate clearly with patients and staff
• Uphold professionalism, reliability, and a motivated attitude towards pharmacy growth
• Manage multiple duties efficiently while maintaining accuracy and compliance
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving pharmacy practices

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Florida pharmacist license
• Proven experience in pharmacy compounding, including sterile and non-sterile formulations
• Solid understanding of USP standards 795, 797, and 800
• Prior experience with Hormone Replacement Therapy preferred but not required
• Open to motivated new graduates ready to contribute and grow in the field
