A retail pharmacist position is available in Sanger, CA, offering an engaging opportunity to manage medium to high volume prescription workflows. This role demands a pharmacist with practical retail pharmacy experience and the capability to work efficiently in a dynamic setting.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Duration:

• Starting the last week of August
• 13-week contract with the possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage pharmacy operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all prescription processes
• Collaborate closely with pharmacy technicians and other healthcare staff to provide excellent patient care
• Utilize Rx30 pharmacy software for daily tasks including prescription processing and inventory management
• Maintain high standards of customer service and pharmaceutical care in a busy retail environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of six months experience in retail pharmacy practice
• Proven ability to handle medium to high prescription volumes effectively
• Experience with Rx30 software strongly preferred
• Spanish-speaking ability is strongly preferred but not mandatory, as pharmacy technicians provide Spanish language support
