Pharmacist - Sanger, CA

A well-established community health center pharmacy is seeking a dedicated pharmacist for full-time emergency coverage in Sanger, CA. This is a contract position starting immediately with an initial duration of four weeks, with the possibility of extension. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Responsibilities include:

• Dispensing medications accurately and safely in accordance with prescriptions
• Providing counseling and patient education on proper medication use
• Collaborating with pharmacy technicians and other healthcare professionals
• Utilizing the Rx30 pharmacy system to manage prescriptions and inventory
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and quality standards

Desired experience:

• Recent experience in retail or community pharmacy settings
• Familiarity with pharmacy procedures and protocols
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
