A healthcare facility in downtown Los Angeles, adjacent to Dodger Stadium, is seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical care within a LTAC/Rehab hospital environment. This role involves managing complex inpatient cases, including many patients on ventilators, offering a dynamic and impactful setting for professional practice.

Location:

  • Downtown Los Angeles, CA (near Dodger Stadium)

Schedule:

  • Four 10-hour day shifts per week

Responsibilities:

  • Perform order verification to ensure accuracy and safety of medication orders
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient operations
  • Collaborate with physicians through consultations to optimize patient medication regimens
  • Apply pharmacokinetics knowledge to tailor medication plans for individual patients
  • Support inpatient pharmacy services with attention to detail and patient care quality

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid California pharmacist license
  • Experience within inpatient or hospital pharmacy settings
  • Familiarity with LTAC/Rehab hospital environments preferred
  • Local to the Los Angeles area or willing to relocate promptly
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
