Two Pharmacist positions are available to support a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) and rehabilitation setting in Oklahoma. These roles are vital to maintaining high-quality pharmaceutical care and ensuring patient safety across multiple sites under a single Director of Pharmacy.

Location:

• Broken Arrow, OK
• Muscogee, OK

Schedule:

• Day shifts
• Flexible coverage across one or both sites preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders promptly and accurately
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Monitor pharmacokinetics and adjust therapies as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Oklahoma pharmacist license is required
• Hospital pharmacy experience is highly preferred, but candidates with other relevant pharmacy experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong knowledge of medication management in an inpatient setting
• Ability to work independently and manage coverage responsibilities effectively
