Pharmacist - Sartell, Minnesota

A specialty pharmacy in Cold Spring, MN, is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to support their ongoing operations. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive pharmacy services with an emphasis on long-term care and retail pharmacy duties. The position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care in a specialized setting.

Schedule:

• Saturdays and Sundays, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients on their proper use
• Manage long-term care pharmacy processes alongside retail pharmacy tasks
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and quality standards
• Provide immunizations and other patient care services as required
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize therapeutic outcomes

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• PharmD or equivalent degree is preferred; MTM certification is a plus
• Current Immunization Certification
• CPR Certification
• Proven experience in long-term care and retail pharmacy settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care
