Pharmacist | Sartell, Minnesota

A specialty pharmacy is seeking a knowledgeable and skilled pharmacist to provide expert medication management and support in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role focuses on Long Term Care and Retail pharmacy responsibilities, contributing to patient health through accurate dispensing, counseling, and medication therapy management.

Location:

• Cold Spring, MN

Schedule:

• Saturdays and Sundays, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently within specialty pharmacy setting
• Provide comprehensive patient counseling and medication therapy management
• Support Long Term Care and Retail pharmacy operations with attention to detail and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care and medication use
• Participate in immunization administration as needed

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent certification in medication therapy management (MTM)
• Immunization Certification required
• CPR Certification required
• Strong knowledge of long-term care and retail pharmacy practice
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
