A dynamic opportunity is available for a pharmacist experienced in long term care and retail pharmacy settings. This ongoing contract role is based in Cold Spring, MN, within a specialty pharmacy environment, offering a unique blend of responsibilities and an engaging work schedule.

Schedule:

• Saturdays and Sundays, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform standard long term care and retail pharmacist duties with accuracy and professionalism.
• Dispense medications and provide counseling to patients to ensure proper use and adherence.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize pharmacotherapy outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and quality standards.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Immunization Certification, demonstrating ability to provide vaccinations.
• CPR Certification, ensuring readiness for emergency situations.
• Possession of a PharmD or Certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Previous experience and a strong foundation in long term care and retail pharmacy preferred.
