Per Diem Pharmacist in Schaumburg, IL

Seeking a licensed Pharmacist for per diem shifts on February 16th and 17th, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This opportunity is ideal for those with experience or interest in specialty or oncology pharmacy. Candidates with strong retail pharmacy backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Location:

• Schaumburg, IL (site located at 8915 W Golf Rd, Niles, IL)

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and safely
• Provide excellent patient counseling and support
• Utilize Enterprise RX Pharmacy System and IKnowmed EMR for pharmacy operations
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Illinois pharmacist license
• Specialty or oncology pharmacy experience preferred
• Proficiency with Enterprise RX Pharmacy System and IKnowmed EMR preferred
• Strong retail pharmacy experience considered valuable
