Per Diem Pharmacist - Scottsdale, AZ

Provide skilled pharmacy care in a PRN Retail Pharmacist role located in Scottsdale, AZ. This position offers an engaging opportunity to work with an established team within a pharmacy environment that processes under 100 prescriptions daily, allowing for focused patient interaction and quality service delivery.

Schedule & Hours:

• Shifts: 5 days of coverage plus training
• Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and dispense medications according to provider prescriptions, ensuring thorough verification of patient allergies prior to dispensing
• Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, adhering to company policies and professional standards
• Deliver excellent customer service by fostering positive patient relationships and ensuring their safety and satisfaction
• Collaborate with a team consisting of 1 pharmacist and 3 technicians using the Pioneer Rx system

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacist license in the state of Arizona
• Minimum of 2 years recent retail pharmacy experience, demonstrating proficiency in medication dispensing and patient care
