Pharmacist | Scottsdale, Arizona

This role requires a licensed pharmacist with a strong focus on accuracy and adaptability to provide checking and verifying services within a busy pharmacy environment. The position is based in Scottsdale, AZ and offers a contract opportunity starting immediately for approximately 8-13 weeks. Candidates must be available to work flexible shifts between 8:00 AM–4:00 PM and/or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, including possible Saturday coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough checking and verification of prescriptions ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Accurately count, dispense, and label medications according to established protocols
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to support efficient and safe pharmacy operations
• Maintain a clean and safe dispensing environment in strict adherence to Arizona Board of Pharmacy regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Arizona pharmacist license required
• Proven ability to maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
• Dependable, punctual, accountable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
