A contract opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to support a 200-bed community hospital located near New Albany, Indiana, just across the Ohio River from Louisville, Kentucky. This position welcomes new graduates who hold or are eligible for an Indiana pharmacy license, making it an excellent opportunity for early-career pharmacists in the Louisville area.

Location:

Schedule:

• Flexible shifts, details to be discussed during the interview process

Duration:

• Approximately 13 weeks with potential for extension

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications in a community hospital setting
• Review prescriptions for appropriateness, clarity, and safety
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care
• Provide medication counseling and answer patient questions
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
