A contract opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to support a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and 340B pharmacy from October 5th through October 9th. This role requires proficiency in Liberty RX software and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare drugs and prescription orders for collection or delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Oversee ordering of equipment and supplies to maintain optimal pharmacy operations
  • Control and maintain inventory, including verifying expiry dates and proper storage of prescription drugs and controlled substances
  • Verify prescription details by consulting healthcare specialists as needed
  • Maintain accurate records for inventory, patient information, and insurance claims
  • Address customer requests and complaints professionally and promptly
  • Support telepharmacy services to extend pharmacy care and consultation
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager regarding staff progress and operational needs
  • Ensure all pharmacy services comply with state and federal regulations
  • Monitor product displays, shelves, and the overall appearance of the pharmacy

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid Indiana Pharmacist license (verified)
  • Immunization license required
  • Experience working with Liberty RX software preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively; Spanish-speaking candidates are a strong plus
