Pharmacist - Sherwood, AR

A healthcare facility with a Level 1 Trauma Center and Level 4 NICU is seeking an experienced inpatient pharmacist for a night shift position. This role supports a 359-bed, trauma and teaching hospital recognized as a leading provider of pediatric medical care in the region. Schedule:

• Night Shift Options:
  • Thursday to Saturday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • Sunday to Wednesday, 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend Option:
  • Friday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM
• Rotation Schedule:
  • 7 days on, 7 days off starting Thursday night
  • Weekend option available every Friday through Sunday
• No on-call duties

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist (RPh)
• Minimum 2 years inpatient pharmacy experience
• IV experience or IV certification is mandatory
• Ability to pass nicotine testing (negative required)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient pharmacy services during night shifts to support patient care
• Collaborate with medical and nursing teams in a multidisciplinary setting
• Ensure safe preparation, dispensing, and administration of medications, including IV therapies
• Support teaching and training initiatives within the hospital pharmacy
• Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and hospital policies
