Pharmacist in Sherwood, AR

An established, 359-bed Level 1 Trauma Center with a Level 4 NICU and a teaching hospital environment is seeking an experienced inpatient night pharmacist. This highly respected facility is recognized as one of the top pediatric medical providers in the United States. You will join a progressive, passionate team working in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art setting that supports collaborative, team-based patient care. This position is available as either a direct hire or contract role.

Location: Sherwood, AR

Shift and Schedule:

• Night shift: Thursday–Saturday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM; Sunday–Wednesday, 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekend option: Friday–Sunday, 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM
• Rotation: 7 nights on/7 nights off starting Thursday night, with weekend option every Friday–Sunday
• No on-call duties

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Pharmacist license (RPH)
• Minimum 2 years inpatient pharmacy experience
• IV experience or IV certification is mandatory
• Must test negative for nicotine

Responsibilities:

• Provide pharmaceutical care to inpatients in a trauma and teaching hospital setting
• Ensure safe and accurate preparation, dispensing, and administration of IV medications
• Collaborate closely with medical staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented pharmacy environment
