A per diem pharmacist opportunity is available in Siren, WI, offering flexible scheduling to fit your preference. This role supports inpatient pharmacy operations by ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medications in a small hospital setting.

Schedule/Hours:

• 10-hour shifts, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm
• Consideration given to candidates preferring 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions and medication orders for accuracy
• Review physician orders to ensure appropriateness
• Address medication-related inquiries from nurses and physicians
• Support daily operations of inpatient pharmacy
• Maintain safety and accuracy in medication dispensing

Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license required
• Experience in inpatient hospital and/or critical care pharmacy settings
• Strong clinical judgment paired with excellent communication skills
