A 13-week plus opportunity is available for a night shift pharmacist to support a 175-bed hospital in the Reno area. This contract position offers a 7-on, 7-off schedule with 10-hour night shifts, ideal for professionals comfortable with overnight hours. The hospital utilizes EPIC and Pyxis technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently.
• Supervise and provide guidance to pharmacy technicians.
• Consult with physicians and nursing staff regarding medication therapy and clinical questions.
• Manage pharmacokinetics monitoring and related patient care processes.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Nevada pharmacist license.
• Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work the night shift schedule reliably.
