An opportunity is available for a Night Shift Pharmacist at a 175-bed hospital in Sparks, NV. This contract position offers a schedule of 7 nights on followed by 7 nights off, working 10-hour shifts. The role requires a pharmacist with experience in a hospital setting and the ability to work night hours effectively.

Responsibilities include order verification, supervising pharmacy technicians, consulting with physicians and nurses, and conducting pharmacokinetic evaluations. The hospital utilizes EPIC and Pyxis systems, so familiarity with these platforms is essential to ensure seamless workflow.

Ideal candidates will hold a valid Nevada pharmacist license and possess prior experience in a hospital environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with healthcare teams overnight are key to success in this role.
