Pharmacist - Spring, TX

A rapidly expanding compounding pharmacy specializing in GLP-1s and weight loss medications is seeking an Overnight Compounding Pharmacist to join their high-volume team. This role operates on the third shift, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, supporting a pharmacy experiencing significant growth—from approximately 6,000 to 22,000 prescriptions daily. This 13-week temp-to-perm position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, patient-focused environment while honing specialized compounding skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare customized sterile medications following prescriptions and strict compounding standards
• Maintain detailed records of formulations, ingredients, and inventory control
• Communicate efficiently with patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacy team members
• Collaborate closely with pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure timely processing
• Stay informed about current pharmaceutical trends and advances in compounding techniques

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Texas Pharmacist license required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sterile compounding
• Proficiency with pharmacy software such as LifeFile and PK Software is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-growing environment
