A rapidly expanding compounding pharmacy is seeking an Overnight Pharmacist to support their high-volume 3rd shift operations. This opportunity is ideal for a pharmacist experienced in sterile compounding who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The pharmacy specializes in 503A/B compounding, including GLP-1 and weight loss medications, and has experienced significant growth—script volume recently surged from approximately 6,000 to over 22,000 prescriptions daily.

Location:

• Stafford, Texas (near Spring, TX)

Schedule:

• Overnight shift (3rd shift)
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 pm – 5:00 am

Responsibilities:

• Prepare customized medications in strict compliance with prescriptions and compounding standards
• Maintain precise documentation of formulations, ingredients, and inventory
• Communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and team members to ensure safe and effective care
• Collaborate closely with pharmacy technicians and support staff for timely prescription fulfillment
• Stay current with advancements in pharmaceutical trends and compounding techniques

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Texas Pharmacist license required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sterile compounding
• Ability to excel in a high-volume work environment
