Per Diem Pharmacist | Spring, Texas

A pharmacy position is available for a Per Diem Pharmacist to provide Long Term Care services. This role is based in Houston, TX, and requires flexibility to work from May 25 through June 1, with daily hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee medication dispensing and management for long-term care patients
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support the pharmacy team in day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

• Current Texas Pharmacist license
• Recent experience practicing as a pharmacist
• Familiarity with Long Term Care pharmacy services
• EnterpriseRx software experience is preferred but not mandatory
