Per Diem Pharmacist - Springfield, SD

This per diem pharmacist opportunity offers a chance to provide essential pharmaceutical services in a retail and long-term care setting. The role is based in Yankton, SD, with scheduled shifts on specific Fridays and a regular Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm during the assignment period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications as ordered by healthcare professionals
• Counsel customers on proper medication use and potential side effects
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a patient-focused approach

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Active South Dakota pharmacist license required
• Experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Specific coverage needed Friday, March 20th (8:30 am to 5:00 pm)
• Coverage from Friday, April 24th through Friday, May 1st (8:30 am to 5:00 pm)
