A rapidly expanding compounding pharmacy in Stafford, Texas, is seeking an Overnight Compounding Pharmacist for a 13-week temp-to-perm opportunity. This high-volume, 3rd shift position plays a critical role in preparing specialized medications and supporting a growing patient base. The pharmacy has seen an extraordinary increase in daily prescription volume, rising from approximately 6,000 to over 22,000 scripts, highlighting the fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Shift & Hours:

• 3rd shift: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday

Location:

• Stafford, Texas

Responsibilities:

• Prepare customized medications adhering to prescriptions and compounding standards
• Maintain precise records of formulations, ingredients, and inventory
• Communicate clearly with patients, healthcare providers, and team members
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and support staff to maintain efficient pharmacy operations
• Stay updated on pharmaceutical trends, especially in compounding techniques related to GLP-1 and weight loss medications

Qualifications:

• Current and active Pharmacist license in Texas
• Minimum of 1 year sterile compounding experience
• Familiarity with pharmacy software such as LifeFile and PK Software is beneficial
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced pharmacy setting
