A retail pharmacist position is available for an immediate start at a well-known grocery chain's location in Mill Hall, Pennsylvania. This permanent, full-time role offers variable day and afternoon shifts in a dynamic retail pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities:

• Verify the accuracy and appropriateness of prescriptions by conducting Drug Utilization Reviews and Final Quality Assurance checks, adhering to state and federal Board of Pharmacy regulations
• Promote business and script growth by recommending clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) when applicable
• Monitor and improve departmental performance by aligning with seven key measurable metrics focused on effectiveness and efficiency
• Collaborate with the pharmacy manager to control inventory, track weekly sales, and order pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand and maximize profitability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
• Valid Pennsylvania Immunization License
