A full-time Pharmacist position is available at a retail pharmacy in Mill Hall, PA. This direct hire opportunity offers variable day and afternoon shifts with an ASAP start date.
Key responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions by performing thorough Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance in compliance with state and federal Board of Pharmacy regulations. The pharmacist will also promote business growth through clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM), contributing to the overall success of the pharmacy. Additional duties involve collaborating with the pharmacy manager on inventory control by tracking weekly sales and ordering pharmaceuticals to meet customer demand while optimizing profitability. The role requires aligning daily activities with departmental performance objectives focused on efficiency and effectiveness.
Desired qualifications for this position are:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree
- Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
- Current Pennsylvania Immunization License
