Travel Pharmacist | State College, Pennsylvania

An urgent opportunity is available for an experienced pharmacist to support a community hospital setting in State College, PA. This travel position offers a dynamic work environment within a 150-bed hospital, providing essential pharmacy services to inpatient care. The assignment is slated to begin immediately and will extend for approximately 6 to 8 months.

Responsibilities include verifying medication orders, supervising pharmacy technicians, and consulting with physicians to ensure optimal patient care. The pharmacist will utilize Meditech, PharmacyKeeper, and Pyxis systems as part of daily operations. Flexibility in working variable days and afternoon shifts is expected, with some schedule adaptability.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Pennsylvania pharmacist license required
• Minimum of 1 year inpatient pharmacy experience
• Full-time availability for the duration of the assignment
• Familiarity with Meditech is highly desirable
• Strong communication and supervisory skills
