Pharmacist | Sterling Heights, Michigan

A specialty compounding pharmacy is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to fill a 13-week contract position working onsite. The role requires a pharmacist licensed in both Michigan and California to ensure compliance and expertise in this specialized environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and safely in a specialty compounding setting
• Review and verify prescriptions for appropriate use
• Counsel patients and healthcare providers on proper use of compounded medications
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure efficient workflow and quality control

Qualifications:

• Active California and Michigan pharmacist licenses required
• Strong pharmacy experience, preferably with a retail background
• Experience or familiarity with compounding highly desirable
• Ability to work onsite in Sterling Heights, Michigan
• Signed agreements and compliance with regulatory standards
