A pharmacy professional is needed for a 13+ week contract opportunity in Marshfield, WI, at a 250-bed hospital facility. This role offers a dynamic work schedule, rotating between second and third shifts, tailored for those comfortable with flexible hours and hospital pharmacy operations.

Schedule:

• 7 days on, 7 days off rotation
• Rotate between 2nd shift (12:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and 3rd shift (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Workweek typically begins on Wednesday

Responsibilities include:

• Dispensing medications accurately in a hospital setting using Cerner and Omnicell systems
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient medication management
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in pharmacy operations
• Maintaining documentation and managing inventory in line with hospital protocols

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Wisconsin Pharmacist license or willingness to obtain an Act 10 temporary license
• Hospital pharmacy experience, familiar with inpatient medication dispensing and monitoring
• Proficiency in Cerner/Omnicell systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills
