A rewarding opportunity awaits for an experienced pharmacist to support a rural community health center serving primarily senior patients. This per diem role involves delivering essential pharmacy services in a small, close-knit facility focused on personalized patient care.

Location: Stratford, TX

Schedule:

• 1st shift: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
• Starting March 19th

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and process prescription orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide clear patient counseling to promote medication adherence and understanding
• Oversee and manage pharmacy technicians to maintain excellent workflow
• Utilize the Liberty system to document and dispense medications

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Texas pharmacist license required
• Experience in community health or retail pharmacy preferred to support the specific needs of the patient population
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage a dedicated team of two technicians

Work Environment:
This is a smaller setting averaging 120-130 prescriptions daily, providing a meaningful opportunity to build strong patient relationships. You will work alongside two skilled technicians in a collaborative team atmosphere.
