This opportunity is for a Pharmacist to support a 250-bed hospital facility in Marshfield, WI. The role begins as soon as possible and offers a contract duration of 13 weeks or more. The schedule is structured with a 7-on, 7-off rotation, alternating between 2nd shift (12:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and 3rd shift (9:00 PM to 7:00 AM), with the typical workweek commencing on Wednesday. Experience with Cerner and Omnicell systems is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications according to hospital policies and procedures.
• Verify and review medication orders for appropriateness and safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide optimal pharmaceutical care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital protocols.
• Utilize Cerner and Omnicell platforms for medication management and documentation.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin or willingness to obtain an Act 10 temporary license.
• Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Cerner and Omnicell information systems.
